Still on the series, “Why and how God blesses?”. Many times as Christians, we wonder why and how God blesses, sometimes we even complain and compare ourselves with others. We must know that if we do not understand the principles of God (even as a nation) we suffer.
God blesses us Christians so we can be a standard for other nations to follow. He blesses us so we can show other nations on the earth what to do with wealth. God will not make us a standard if we are not using what He has blessed us with to fulfill His purpose here on earth. We must recognize that helping the needy around us is an avenue for more blessings to come to us. He just wants us to be a channel of blessing to others around the world. God is not blessing us so we can be like others, but He wants to see that other people are better because of us.
We must understand that the level of God’s blessing upon our lives is dependent on how committed we are to the distribution of His resources when they come. If we have the right mindset, God will definitely provide the resources.
CONCLUSION
Remember, God gives bread to the eater and seed to the sower. During the period of daily collection of manner have it in mind that one day the manner will stop. Therefore, we must collect the seed and invest so there will be enough for us and also to assist others during the rainy days. We must develop ourselves personally and professionally, follow God’s principles, have a distributor’s mentality and not a daily consumer’s mentality so God can entrust His wealth to us for the advancement of His Kingdom.
